Where's Saddam was rushed into print to make hay while the dictator was on the lam...but he was caught before the book could take off. Ron Barrett handed this project off to me. It's a type of pop-up book in that there is a fold-up panel in each spread that has the Butcher of Baghdad hiding under it. What you see here is a bit more than the right-hand page. Bill and Hil are sitting on their front lawn on the facing page.
